|
|
The grass cutting in the village seems to be of a reasonable standard and
looks ok as people enter the village, but entering from the Barnby Moor
end puts all the good work to shame. I am aware that the village boundary is just over the crossing and the other bit is not the responsability of Sutton Parish Council, but you would think somebody might mention it in the appropriate quarters.
Visitors really think that it is in Sutton despite the sign post.
What do other residents think?

As I pass by Station Rd area always see various numbers of men
peering down holes in the street !! have they lost something or found something? Others must have noticed!

I used to think that too! But of late it is apparent that the giant mole on station road has took some of the workmen hostage, this has been so frightening to the remainder, that unfortunately they have run for their lives, and no-one has seen them since!
Please come back, I was only joking when I quoted that I would decorate the work areas with fairy lights ...... |
